Shipping

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to addresses in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Do I have to pay customs, duties or import taxes?

They may apply. Customs fees, duties, import taxes and VAT or GST are set by your country's authorities, are not included in the price or shipping fee, and are the customer's responsibility. The carrier may collect them when your package is delivered.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Can I change my address?

Email support@ravonz.com as soon as possible. We can update it before your order ships.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You can return your Ravonz Pulse Pro within 30 days of receiving it. Email support@ravonz.com for return instructions. Customers pay return shipping, except for damaged, defective or incorrect items, which we cover.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

What if my unit is faulty?

Email support@ravonz.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

The Pulse Pro

What do TENS and EMS do?

TENS is for temporary relief of sore, aching muscles. EMS is for muscle stimulation. Adjustable intensity lets you choose a comfortable level. Results vary by person.

How many programs are there?

48 programs: 16 TENS, 16 EMS, 15 massage and 1 DIY.

What is DIY mode?

DIY mode lets you adjust the frequency yourself with the MODE/RATE + and - buttons, instead of choosing a preset program. Start at a low intensity and see the manual for guidance.

What is included?

The device, 8 electrode pads, lead wires, a charging cable and the manual. Case options include a protective case.

Is it rechargeable?

Yes. A charging cable is included, and the screen shows the battery level.

Can I set different intensities on different areas?

In two pairs. Channels C1/C2 are adjusted with the C1.2 buttons, and channels C3/C4 with the C3.4 buttons.

Care and safety

How do I care for the pads?

Follow the manual for pad care, storage and replacement.

Who should talk to a doctor first?

Ask your doctor before use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted device, a heart condition, epilepsy, or are pregnant. Follow the manual's pad placement and warnings, and do not use the unit while driving or sleeping.
